I don’t think my assistant is a fit for my needs. Can I request for another VA?

Absolutely. All you have to do is contact our Client Support team to work it out. Replacement is simple as 1-2-3. Just send us an email and we will match you with a VA that suits your preferences.

I had a change of heart. Can I cancel?

No worries, of course! Just contact our Client Support team before your next billing cycle and we will process your request. If, however, we’ve already billed you, your request to cancel will be effective only after the following month. Prorated refunds of or cancellations for unused time are not our policy.

Help. I need more hours.

If you exceed the number of hours in your enrolled plan, you can either purchase additional hours or go for an upgrade at any given time. You can ask your SquareFish VA to assist you on this.

Do you charge a setup fee?

No. The only charge is the monthly fee.


How do you keep track of my hours?

We monitor a running total of your hours and regularly send you weekly reports. Should you have questions or clarifications, you can notify us or file a report any time. We will also notify you if you’re running out of hours.


Are your VAs dedicated assistants?

Absolutely! Being committed to your success means having an excellent, highly trained and college-educated virtual assistant who can work with you Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm within your time zone.
