Of course, this could be a double-edged sword as nobody can really have 100% of their customer base be fully satisfied with what they provide. However, it is worth the risk as search engines will not allow a company with sub-par ratings hog the top spot on the SERPs.

Yes, content is still working, and if you want to rank in search engines you need to use good content, but what about the everyday reader?
There needs to be a way for your company to stay fresh and to do something different, even when it comes to the content your website has.
